E30-1966; 1936 Juniors' or Girl's Graduation or Party Dress

10-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Simplicity, ‘Juniors’ and Girl’s Graduation or Party Frock.  Circular ruffles, which are gathered at the shoulder line, give this dress a crispness that young girls love.  The skirt, which has four pieces, flares at the bottom and may be made in ankle or shorter length.

Size 14 fits 32" bust, 26" waist, 35" hip.
